How can I find out about inclement weather along my route?|167565

I_m looking to drive from Northwest Washington to Southeast Idaho. I_ve driven the route before but always in the summer. How can I check the weather along the route for snow and possible road closings?

Try calling the Idaho and Washington state police. I_ll try to look it up for you, but I know here in TX as well as OK, and NM have phone numbers you can call for road conditions. I think it_s the highway patrol.
