What is that huge old building W of Cincinnati on the River Road?|121697

It_s red brick, and looks like an institution of some kind, either an old asylum or orphanage, similar to the Kirkbride design. It_s up on a hill, on the north side of the River Road/56, near Cleves, outside of Cincinnati. I_ve tried to find info online about it, but nothing so far. Any suggestions/links would be much appreciated.
