What agency conceptualized and designed the New York Times Square Coke sign?|144180

I heard a team of designers from central florida did that. I_d like to know about the agency and team of designers responsible for it.

  • Posterscope Atlanta installed the current sign that has been on display since 2004.
  • What Are Some Fun Things To do In Chattanooga Tennessee?|134337

I_m going with some friends this weekend and we_re going to be mostley downtown we_re also 16 to 18 years old so if you can keep that in mind thank you.

  • Visit the Aquarium if you haven_t done so previously. Chdck out Ruby Falls too, and walk around the park at the top of Lookout Mtn

  • I just moved to Chattanooga a couple months ago from Milwaukee. We love it there_s a tun of outdoor things to do, You can go to signal point wich has great views of the river.Cooper state park has a bunch of great hiking trails. Alot of free fun things to do!

  • At Raccoon Mountain they have a slide. It is on the side of a mountain... looks really high. Anyway you are in what looks like a wooden cart with a brake.. from what I have heard you do not let go of the brake.. you will need it to slow yourself down at some point. ( I am chicken.. I won_t ride down it.) You might like to do something like this. They have other stuff but that is the big thing there.
  • Traveling to Northern California, where should I stay for day trips to Napa and San Francisco?|130893

Looking for something no frills and affordable like a Marriott that can be outside of downtown that is within driving distance to both Napa and San Francisco. Anyone have any nice ones?

  • Why not just stay in Napa? It would be sort of a mid-point. The drive to SF is somewhere around 57 miles, and a trip all the way upvalley is about 30-something. There_s a Marriott here in Napa, as well as a couple Best Westerns, and an Embassy Suites, to name just a few. I stayed at the Redwood Inn I think, when I first moved here to wait for the moving van. It was your basic standard hotel room, but not cruddy or anything. That was about $80 a night.

One of the Best Westerns is smaller and located in a converted large brick house that looks like a B_B. It_s on 2nd and California Blvd which is a great starting point for either heading to the city or heading upvalley.

Let me know if you need more hotel advice, I can also tell you which ones to NOT go to! :)

What are the good and bad neighborhoods in Joliet Illinois?|130008

I_m moving to Joliet Illinois and looking to rent an apartment (not a flat) in a safe and quite area. I_m totally unfamiliar with the city. Does anyone know the good nieghborhoods vs. bad ones? Please include some street names so I can mark it on a map. Thanks to anyone who helps!

  • Most of Joliet is ghetto especially downtown and the east side. The west side by the mall is probably the nicest area.
  • How long could it take to send a mail from San Antonio to New Orleans?|131075

I have to send this important letter to New Orleans in time before Aug. 22. How long will the mail takes to there and back considering a 2 day processing time as well as New Orleans in it_s current condition.

  • It should take 2 or 3 days at the most each way....maybe add a day for the damage. Plenty of time.

  • 13 hrs by car

  • You could send it 3 day priority and you can also add a signature card so that you know it will have to be signed for. It_s a little more expensive, but well worth the extra money so that you know it was received.
  • What is the best method to get from Chicago Union Station to 200 N. La Salle St?|104411

I am starting a new job in Chicago at 200 N. La Salle Street. I_ll be arriving at Chicago Union Station each morning around 8 am and wondering what the best method is to get to the office from there: walking, by El, by bus, or by taxi?

  • Just outside of Union Station is a bus stop for the 156 bus. It_ll run right down Lasalle and you can get off at Lake st. About a 5 minute bus ride for $2 (have exact change).

Or if you_re in a hurry its a $5 cab ride.

if you ask for directions on the street tell people you_re going to the Thompson Center.

  • I would walk. It_s not that far.

  • it_s only a mile so why not walk?

  • Walk to the #156 at the corner near the sears tower at wacker and adams.

How much does a cab ride from McCarran Airport to the Sahara Hotel cost?|193515

I am heading to Vegas with some friends and we are trying to determine if we should take a cab or purchase shuttle tickets.

  • About $20.. Sounds like it_ll be cheaper just to get a cab. Shuttles are typically $6-$8/person. Plus with a shuttle you have to wait while everyone else gets dropped off at their hotel.. The Sahara is out there, so it_ll be one of the last stops.

  • An average cab ride from the airport in Vegas will set you back about $20 or less. There may be some shuttles that operate for less.

Here are a couple sites you may want to check out.

I especially like the taxitips site. The _tunnel_ scam was done to us by a a cabbie on our first trip into Vegas. Enjoy!

  • It will be about a $20.00 cab ride. Have fun and read this article about how to dinning for under $15.00
    http://www.bestofvegas.com/articles/Vega

  • About $20 but tell the taxi not to take you through the tunnels or you will be paying more.
