Say we get there on a Sun night and wanted to do something between then and Wed... Are there any good clubs to go to? I know Thurs - Sat are the party nights in any city. I just needed a few more options for earlier in the week.

Why does it always rain when I go to Cedar Point?|111143

My family has gone to Cedar Point twice and it has rained both times! The second time we went it rained the whole day!!!We previously went in August or late July (not completely sure, but around there) and are going again for a two day visit sometime in the first week of July. Is the rain due to the park being on a peninsula? What_s the deal? I really just want to experience the park without any closures or wetness.

Unfortunately planning anything in Northest Ohio is very difficult because of the weather. This is especially true when you plan well in advance. Unless you plan with in a few days you really have no idea what the weather will be like. The same thing use to happen to me when I lived there in the Cleveland area. Seems like every time we went to Cedar Point or Geauga Lake it would rain. That is one of the reasons I moved from Northeast Ohio... the weather. Just keep your fingers crossed.

simple just take Jefferson all the way Downtown Detroit,, it is about a block over form the Ren Cen,,, Park near the Police Headquarters on BEAUBIEN and walk down to east Congress . It used to be a Church , i think it is on the right hand of the street,,,,facing west or Randolph st

but then you may to check the dates of the concert along with the Tigers Games , because parking will be hard to find around the area.

South on 375 exit at the Jefferson exit and take a right on Beaubien and St Andrews Hall is next to a parking lot on the corner of Congress and Beaubien.

Take 375S to the Jefferson exit (the freeway is closed off partially but you can still get to this exit) where the freeway ends. Come up. There_s a big hotel on your right called the Courtyard Marriot. At the light at the corner of that hotel (can_t remember the name of street) make a right and go to Congress which is right after you make that right. Make a right. St. Andrews is past that first light on Congress on the left hand side right next to a club. Sweetwater Tavern is on the right side on the corner.

I think I remember a restaurant called Sweetwater being near St. Andrews, so you can use that as a land mark. Also note that Congress is a one way street, so you_ll have to go around if you_re coming from Woodward.

What is the best South to North route around Kansas City for I35 travelers?|187632

I_m heading North tomorrow and the last time I took the loop around the East side, the roads were in terrible shape. If traffic is light, I will go through the middle, but, if it isn_t, which way?

When was the last time you went that way? I think they_ve gotten past most of the construction, but congestion around the I-70 interchange on the east side of 435 can still be bad.

You could take the west side of the 435 loop, but out of the 3 options, that_s the longest. On the plus side, it_s also the one that has a speed limit around 70 for most of it_s length, some of the least congestion, and perhaps more lanes.

Depending on when you are travelling (assuming Sunday), you may just want to take I35 straight through. Traffic shouldn_t be too bad.

Im going to Indy for the weekend and want to know about any good clubs, bars (that take underage), concerts, or anything fun to do while there. If you have any suggestions let me know.

Yeah there are always plenty of concerts around town you can get into, and downtown always has a plethora of opportunities...

Are you going THIS weekend? Go to the Indy 500 of course! The cheapest tickets are like $20 and you can go in and camp and party your socks off there. The actual race is Sunday but you can go Saturday and camp so either way it would be a blast it_s a wild party and I wouldn_t worry too much about being underage because there are so many people.

Lucas Oil Stadium and Conseco Field House often have big ticket concerts and other events.

The Indiana State Museum is very interesting and it has an IMAX where you can watch feature films on a HUGE screen.

The Circle Center Mall is full of great stores you won_t find elsewhere in Indiana, such as H and M.

The Muratt theater is good for arts.. Umm there is just so much to do!!

Visit the Indianapolis Zoo and White River Gardens. They are excellent attractions.

What is the best scenic route from Orlando to Tallahassee?|184579

Hello, I_m driving from Orlando to Tallahassee and I want to know some nice scenic routes to take. Thanks!

Driving out of Orlando, the Turnpike itself is about as scenic as it gets with views of hills valleys, lakes, etc. I would stick to the Turnpike to US-27. Then you have a Choice. You can take US 27 all the way to Tallahassee with many beautiful sections - Lakes, Farms, Horse country around Ocala - but lots and lots of things to slow you down - Little towns, traffic, stoplights. It will make a 4 hour trip easily 5 and half hours.

Another Option is to stck to the Turnpike and I-75., I-10 and make a few Stops - Micanopy, Paines Prairie, Cross Creek, Devils Mill Hopper, Swanee river St. Park.

10 east to 75 south. south on the turnpike (the toll is $125) to rt 27 south. 192 east to the park entrance.

don_t take rt 27 from Ocala. you go through lots of little towns _ cities with lots of traffic lights. it takes more than twice as long to get there.

There is no such thing as a _scenic route_ from Orlando to Tallahassee, unless you go clear over to the coast and follow along that narrow road.. and even THEN you won_t see much water.

I second going Turnpike/ I-75 / US 27 out of Ocala. There are some boring stretches but it beats the monotony of I-75 to I-10. The roads are mostly 4 lane with 65mph limits now also.
