I_m going to Vegas soon and want to check out some of the popular night clubs. Any suggestions on the best ways to avoid standing in line? Thank you!

You can get VIP passes from lots of places but the safest is Vegas.com

VIP allows you front of the line access to clubs which can cut your wait time dramatically down.

The next way is going to sound shallow but its true. If you are attractive and dressed to the nine lots of times bouncers will hand you free passes/VIP to the hottest clubs.
I have witnessed ladies flirting with older gentleman in the front of the line and they were allowed to _cut in_.

How easy is it to get a cab to Newark Airport from Manhattan on a Saturday night?|119377

I am flying out of Newark Airport at 10:30 pm on Saturday night, so I_ll be leaving for the airport from Manhattan (34th and 3rd) around 8:30 pm. Will I be able to find a taxi easily that will take me? I_ve heard stories of taxis refusing to go to certain far-away NJ locations.

My friend, its feasible, however, just let me warn you, that cab ride will cost you a lot of money. About $80. The reason, there is a $15 surcharge for trips to Newark Airport, and also, the is a night surcharge of $.50 on top of the a initial fare of $2.

When you get to Newark Airport, don_t forget to ask the drive for a recipet.

I take it you are staying at/near the Cavalier Hotel?. If so, see your Hotel_s Concierge. They will let you know if cabs are ocassionally parked outside the hotel. A few cabbies do this hotels as they know this is where most people will be. If your hotel doesn_t have a Concierge, take a short walk outside (or look out the window) and see if any cabs are normally parked outside. They may be in front or a side street.

A phone book might/should be in your room as well. Open it and surf through for one/some and have it wriiten down or bookmark in your mobile phone to call as a backup.

By the way, always check the license plates of non-yellow cabs to make sure its a licensed vehicle.

It shouldn_t take too long to hail a cab. The only thing that may delay it is if you are close to a bar/club/lounge or if it_s a rainy day because the demand for it would be higher. :)

I would catch the train from Penn Station or the bus from near Grand Central. BTW, leaving NY at 8:30 for a 10:30 flight is cutting it close.

I don_t understand why someone from Bloomington would be different to hypnotise than anyone else. If you want to get on the bloomingon residents good side wear red and white or root IU. I don_t believe common people without training can hypnotise others. Maybe getting someone drunk would help to relax them into a hypnotic state.

It would have to be a double tunnel system for vehicular traffic from the end of Fort Weaver Road in Ewa Beach coming out between Hickham AFB and the Airport
If they could build the Big Dig tunnel in Boston, they certainly could build this much needed solution to the daily traffic congestion on the H1 freeway, the only major east-west crossing of O_ahu, Hawaii.

I agreed with you....that would cost too much, I can_t even imagine.

But it would be cool, some like the Channel Tunnel that goes under water from France to United Kingdom.

Wow I never thought about them doing that before until you mentioned it but now you think how much money our state spends just fixing up the roads on Oahu and how much more work needs to be done just to be able to drive from point A to point B. Another thing Massachusetts is a so much larger then Hawaii and they have so much more money then the state of Hawaii that they can afford to build the BIG DIG TUNNEL. Like I said before our state has such a hard time paying the money to fix the roads we already have, why in the world would they attempt to build a tunnel of that size. I_m not saying it_s a bad idea but our state can_t afford something like that. What they should do is make stricter laws against vehicles to lessen the traffic.

It_s a great idea but much too expensive for the State of Hawaii to even consider looking at. Not to metion that a tunnel of this size would require you to dig into the bedrock of the island itself where you would have to deal with water tables and the ocean itself.
