I need to get there by 11am. What are the station stops and bus line I need to get there and how long is the entire 1-way trip?

Take Bart From Fremont to Montgomery Station. Go up to Market Street catch a 38 or 38L Geary bus to Geary and Fillmore. The peace pagoda is just a block north and east at Post and Webster.

I_d say minimum travel time is an hour and 15 minutes.
