How long to make to the round trip to Liberty Island from Liberty State Park in NJ, including the crown?|174050

I_ll be in NYC for the Jets opener on sept 20th and would like to go to Liberty Island, since they_ve reopened the crown. If I take the 8 AM ferry, can I make it up to the crown and be back in time for Kick off at Giants stadium at 1 PM ?

the medowlands is always backed up during football games, so it_ll be a close call

The crown has been closed since September 11, 2001. However, you can still take the ferry ride and walk around Liberty Island for 30 minutes and make it back just in time.
