First class mail NORMALLY takes two to three business days any where in the continental US, but the USPS does not guarantee anything. Especially to areas like NYC.

LMAO. My Significant Other sent me a letter the other day. He lives 20 miles south of me. It took 14 days to get here from there! So a letter all the way from PA to IL could take months, if not years!!!
