What are some good simple Universities in Pennsylvania?|130590

I_m not asking about any specific area. I want somewhere safe though. Any good ideas?
Oh and how long do you have to live there before you get residency?

Go for the state schools, Bloomsburg, Millersville, California for example most are in smaller towns that are safe and I believe Clarion is one of them. You have to live in PA for a year for residency.

One year is typical for establishing residency. I_m not sure what you mean by _simple_. Clarion is a solid state university. Its located about an hour outside of Philadelphia. Its a small university with just 6,700 students.
