Where can i find a place that is mostly cloudy and nice?|197587

I live in CA and I_m tired of seeing the sun. I wanna move to Massachusetts or some other place in New England thats always or mostly cloudy and doesn_t involve a lot of sun. I_m planning to move after my high school graduation and its really hard to find a place that I_m looking for in that specific location

The UK. The sun only makes a showing on special occasions here. Not so sure about the _nice_ bit though ;)

I_ve heard Maine is cloudy alot, but I_m not sure.
