Or just use the power of the Colorado river itself to power the electricity for the Western states while allowing the river to just take it_s natural course to the Gulf of Mexico,or just build more canals to get water down to cities like Phoenix,Los Angeles,Albuquerque;etc?

Is it feasible now to dismantle the Hoover Dam and replace it with better water management technology?|164411
