She used a delivery confirmation and it shows that it left Singapore, but still nothing with USPS. She shipped it out October 15th. Do you think I will ever receive the item?
It depends on how the item was shipped. If it went by ship then it could take up to 8-10 weeks to arrive; by plane about 2-3 weeks.
It also depends on if it was held up by customs on either or both ends.whats a singapore?
